Cancelation Policy

At Portugal Journeys with Peppe, we understand that unforeseen events can disrupt even the best-laid travel plans. To balance flexibility for our guests with the operational demands of providing high-quality, personalized tours, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

✔ Free cancellation – 7 working days or more

If you cancel your tour 7 working days or more before your scheduled arrival or tour start date, we will issue a full refund of any amount already paid. No cancellation fees will apply.

⚠ Partial refund – between 3 and 5 working days

If you cancel your booking between 3 and 5 working days prior to your first scheduled tour, we will refund 50% of the total amount paid. The remaining 50% will be retained as a late cancellation fee.

❌ No refund – less than 48 hours

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, are non-refundable. This is due to the short notice, which makes it difficult for us to fill the spot and allocate resources accordingly.

Important notes:

• All cancellations must be made in writing via email to bookings@portugaljourneyswithpeppe.com

• The term "working days" excludes weekends and public holidays in Portugal.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same method of original payment and may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account.

• If your tour is cancelled by us (e.g., due to weather, safety, or unforeseen events), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, depending on availability.
