
Cancelation Policy
All you need to know about Cancelations
At Portugal Journeys with Peppe, we understand that unforeseen events can disrupt even the best-laid travel plans. To balance flexibility for our guests with the operational demands of providing high-quality, personalized tours, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:
✔ Free cancellation – 7 working days or more
If you cancel your tour 7 working days or more before your scheduled arrival or tour start date, we will issue a full refund of any amount already paid. No cancellation fees will apply.
⚠ Partial refund – between 3 and 5 working days
If you cancel your booking between 3 and 5 working days prior to your first scheduled tour, we will refund 50% of the total amount paid. The remaining 50% will be retained as a late cancellation fee.
❌ No refund – less than 48 hours
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, are non-refundable. This is due to the short notice, which makes it difficult for us to fill the spot and allocate resources accordingly.

The term "working days" excludes weekends and public holidays in Portugal.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same method of original payment and may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account.

If your tour is cancelled by us (e.g., due to weather, safety, or unforeseen events), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, depending on availability.
